Begoña began her professional career in the world of animation in 1998 at the Spanish production and distribution company BRB Internacional, where she worked in the creative department. A couple of years later, she became part of the international sales team, being responsible for the territories of Latin America, US H, Iberia, Eastern Europe and Asia. In 1998 she joined the international sales department of Imira Entertainment, Spanish production and distribution company, part of the Toonz Entertainment group, as director of international sales for the US Hispanic, Latin American and Iberian territories. She collaborated with Radio Televisión Española in the launch of Canal Clan Internacional, a children’s pay channel broadcasting in Latin America and the US. She left the company in 2021 to start working as Head of International TV Sales & Acquisitions at Pink Parrot Media.
